Dependability is enhanced by emplying a newly designed compact and robust three-phase squirrel cage induction motor for the traction.
Peak Performance with VVVF Control
The hallmark of the Exceldyne is its smooth ride. The Inverter speed Control and Distributed data. Processing System contain a variable voltage variable frequency inverter (VVVF) for very precise control of the motor resulting in vibration-free movements.
Reduced Peak Consumption Performance
The inverter Control System increases frequency for higher motor speed and decrease it for lower speed. Optimum frequency is therefore delivered in all phases of the operation, minimizing energy loss by the traction motor. Power consumption can be as little as half of conventional system.
Improved Reliability
With the latest electronic parts mounted in the control panel, reliability has been further enhanced. In addition, a serial transmission system is used in the transmission path through which microcomputers mutually exchange data.
Diagnostic Function
The system is provided with diagnostic functions to detect abnormality in the transmission to path. Microcomputers themselves are provided with self-diagnostic and mutual monitoring capabilities.
Rugged Construction
The lift car and landing stage are fabricated with selected materials for the roughest conditions.
