Mapletree Anson
Mapletree Anson is a 19 storey commercial office located on the fringe of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) along Anson Road. This Grade A office development is close to renowned financial institutions and international hotels within the CBD, as well as the upcoming integrated resorts at Marina Bay and Sentosa.

It is a mere 2-minute walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT station and also couple of minutes drive to major expressways.

This Design & Build Project by Shimizu Corporation consists of 10 Lifts and was completed in mid 2009.
 
Scotts Square
Scotts Square is a mixed commercial retail with up market residential apartment located at the fringe of Singapore’s Shopping Belt next to Orchard Road.
 
It is minutes to Orchard Road MRT station and is surrounded by major shopping centres and international Hotels.

The Development by Wheelock Properties is now in construction by Shimizu Corporation and is targeting for completion in 2010.
The Building consists of 21 Lifts and 10 Escalators.





 
Mapletree Business City
Mapletree Business City is a Grade A business development comprises of four (04) commercial office towers spanning 13.8 hectares located along the Alexandra/Telok Blangah business corridor. Covered walkways link each tower for seamless transition between locations with more than 1000 covered carpark linking to all towers, providing easy access around the development. It is couple of minutes drive to Two (02) major expressways ECP & AYE, 10 minutes from Central Business District and also close to the Integrated resorts at Sentosa, international hotels, Vivo city mega shopping mall and Harbourfront Centre.

This Design & Build Project by Shimizu Corporation consists of 51 Lifts and 20 Escalators will be completed in early 2010.

 
City Square Mall
City Square Mall is a Commercial & retail shopping centre located at the junction of Serangoon and Kitchener Roads. It sits on the site of Singapore's historic New World Park and is strategically in close proximity to Little India (one of the Top 5 must-see tourist spots) with direct connection to Farrer Park MRT station.
The Mall is 9 storey above ground and 4 storey below ground, With over 700,000 square feet of gross retail space, spread over five retail levels, two basements and four levels of lifestyle services, it is home to about 200 tenants.
The Developer for this project is City Development Limited and is built by Kajima Oversea Asia.

There are altogether 11 lifts, 36 escalators and 14 Autowalks to move shoppers, diners and movie goers around the shopping centre.

 

New Cathay
New Cathay Building is a 17-storey retail and apartment project completed in 2006. This redevelopment has about 250,000 sq ft gross floor area of retail space, including an eight-hall Cineplex and 80 apartments.

New Cathay Building is located within a crowed area of Orchard road (Shopper’s Paradise) near to an underground train interchange station. The building consists of 15 escalators and 5 lifts serving the podium block. Of which, 3 numbers are Panaroma lifts designed by Rodney Fitch International. There are also 2 other passenger lifts serving the 17-storey residential block (Total: 22 units).

Consultant Architect for the project is Kenzo Tange and RDC Architects. Building Contractor is Kajima Oversea Asia Pte Ltd.

 

HDB Hub
The HDB Hub is an ultra-modern commercial complex located in Toa Payoh Town, the heartland of Singapore. The project consists of one (1) 33-storey office Tower block, one (1) 28-storey office Tower block, one (1) 10-storey office block and two (2) podium blocks linking the bus interchange and Mass Rapid Transit station. This state of the art intelligent Complex is the home to Housing and Development Board (HDB); the Housing Authority in Singapore. The main office tower houses one of the most advanced high speed lift system, including 6 units of ACVVVF Gearless lifts at a speed of 420mpm – The fastest ACVVVF lifts operational in Singapore presently.

There are 49 lifts, 13 escalators and 2 automatic load/unload dumbwaiters complete with state-of the-art group control system “Neouros”. All lifts are monitored by the ‘ELVIC’ Lift Monitoring System which is integrated into the ‘Intelligent Building Management System’ that provide up to date information, connectivity and high level of security in the building. The lift car interior design is a combination of mirror/stainless steel/wood clad and marble blends provides a classy and warm ambience complimenting the building architecture.

 
One George Street
The building is a first class intelligent office building equipped with the state-of-the-art elevator system & luxurious lobby & car interior design.

There are a total of 19 lifts including 17 numbers of high speed ACVVVF Gearless lifts [240mpm for 8 lifts] controlled by the state-of-the-art Neuros 300 Supervisory Control System The Lift Car and Lobby will be equip with LCD Display Unit capable of indicating real time information and message display. All 19 lifts will be monitored by command type ELVIC and are connected to the Intelligent Building Management System.
