IR @ Sentosa - Iconic Crockfords Tower
The “IR @ Sentosa” is an integrated resort spanning over an area of 49 hectare. It is located at Sentosa Island near to Harbourfront Mass Rapid Transit Station and Vivo City Mega Shopping Mall. The development comprises of Universal Studio Theme Park, Casino, Water Theme Park, Auditorium Showplace, Shopping Arcade, SPA and Six International Hotel. The project Phase 1 completion is targeted at 1st quarter of 2010 and the 2nd phase by end of 2010. In total, there is 110 lifts, 60 Escalators.

The Iconic Crockfords Tower, also known as the Casino Hotel is an all suite Hotel comes with 120 rooms, served by 21 Lifts and 15 Escalators.   

IR @ Sentosa - Hotel Michael
Hotel Michael is named after and designed entirely by Michael Graves & Associates.
It consist of 10 Lifts serving 470 rooms and dining restaurants.  

IR @ Sentosa - Festive Hotel
The Festive Hotel has 390 rooms along with Festive Walk Retail Mall, Showplace and Retail Forum consist of 29 Lifts and 30 Escalators.

IR @ Sentosa - Hard Rock Hotel
The Hard Rock Hotel, with a Rock Star theme, consists of 360 rooms and served by 15 Lifts and 14 Escalators.

Universal Studio
The Universal Studio Singapore theme park at Resorts World Sentosa opened in 2010 featuring 24 rides and attractions. The sprawling USS park will contain seven themed zones -- Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, The Lost World, Far Far Away and Madagascar, all based on Universal movie hits and franchises. These attractions will be served by 14 Lifts.

The St. Regis
“The St Regis Singapore” is a building complex consisting of a world-famous luxury hotel and high-class apartment. It is also the first St. Regis in Southeast Asia. The St. Regis Singapore is the apotheosis of luxury, offering legendary bespoke service and refined elegance – an exquisite oasis in the heart of a bustling tropical island state. The hotel also boasts other impressive firsts – the debut of the exclusive Remede Spa in Asia and the premiere of a grand ballroom with skylights. The St. Regis Singapore is served by 27 elevators.

Conrad Hotel
A five star hotel at Temasek Boulevard over-looking the sea-front. The area will soon become another business, shopping and entertainment district. Fujitec serves the hotel with 11 passenger elevators with speed up to 240 mpm.

The lift lobbies and elevator interiors have been designed for both pleasing and warm atmosphere. In addition, the elevator wall panels consists of bronze, wood and uniquely patterned glass inlays.

Traders Hotel
The Traders Hotel is erected on the main street of Singapore where luxurious hotels and specialty shops stand in a row.

The hotel with 18 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground is a high class hotel belonging to the world-famous Shangri-La Hotel group.

Fujitec has installed 9 luxurious elevators and 2 escalators. In the Tanglin mall shopping center located adjacent to the hotel, we have also installed 8 elevators, 12 escalators and 2 autowalks.
