Biopolis Biomedical R&D Hub
Biopolis is a government-financed biomedical research and development hub constructed in the high-tech district touted as “Singapore’s Silicon Valley”. In this science institute facility consisting of seven buildings, including a 13-storey block, there are a total of 45 elevators and eight escalators.

In the facility using advanced information technology, all the elevator and escalator systems are monitored by a tele-monitoring system. In addition, linked through a LAN, the entire building control system offers optimal control of the facility.

Techpoint
This building was designed to appear and service as an intelligent building. It is located in Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 3.
There are 16 VVVF type of elevators in the building. 10 units serve passengers while the remaining 6 units, each of 4-ton capacity, serve as goods and service lifts.
The building has an unusual make-up in surroundings. Various shades of marbling line the walls and extend into the lift interior design. Standing out prominently at our elevators' head jambs are the car position indicators. They are so appropriately designed in shape, that each could represent the cornerstone of a prestigious building. Located beside these indicators is the Hall Lantern, which by itself, is uniquely built up. When the hall lanterns are lighted up they throw a dragonfly shadow on the wall. Many multi-nationals have set up business in the building.

Infineon
The Infineon HQ Building is featured widely in Singapore as it is a major investment by the German company with an operational HQ.

The project is a joint development with Ascendas Land, a subsidiary of Jurong Town Corporation; a government linked company.

The Building will feature 4 outdoor glass lifts and 2 other passenger/service lifts and a dumbwaiter.
