National Library Board Headquarters
National Library Board Headquarters, also known as NLB HQ is a 16 storey iconic landmark building located on the fringe of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) along Bras Basah Road and Victoria Street.

It is minutes to City Hall MRT station and is surrounded by major shopping centres, international Hotels and Singapore Management University.
The Building consists of 12 Lifts and was completed in 2004.

Republic Polytechnic
Republic Polytechnic is Singapore’s fifth and newest institution offering tertiary education located in the northern part of the island. The 20ha New Campus development consists of teaching facilities, administration building, student housing, cultural centre, sports complex, energy centre, library, childcare centre and multi-storey carpark. Entire development consist of 9 Eceedii, 69 traction lifts, 1 hydraulic lift, 1 dumbwaiter and 6 Escalators (Total 86 units)

The entire development design concept for building interior is designed by Maki & Associates. Beca Carter M & E Consultant and DP Architect are project consultants for the development.

Tan Tock Seng Hospital
Tan Tock Seng Hospital is one of Singapore’s largest national hospitals. The hospital, with 15 floors above ground and three below, is fully equipped with state-of-art medical equipment. Fujitec has installed 8 Escalators and 45 Elevators, including high-speed models that travel up to 210mpm.

Of particular interest, is the application of our leading-edge Network Monitoring System for elevators. This system enables the remote monitoring and control of elevator operations from a personal computer through the Local Area Network (LAN). The system contributes greatly to the efficient control of elevators in this medical facility.

LASALLE-SIA College of The Arts
LASALLE-SIA is a world class Arts College designated as the Arts, Culture, Learning and Entertainment Hub of Singapore. Fujitec have secured the project in June 2005 and it is targeted to be completed by the early of 2007. The state-of-the-art City Campus will be an icon for Singapore's remaking as Global Schoolhouse and City of the Arts.

Rising five Storeys in the heart of city with 2 basements, the New City Campus is sitting on a one-hectare site with six buildings connected with bridges. Lavastone is used for the external cladding to the building with the volcanic metaphor underpinning the design concept.

The buildings consist of 04 outdoor bubble lifts, 02 Fire lifts, 01 Service lift and 01 Goods lift. Architect for the project is RSP Architects Planners & Engineers, M&E Consultant is J Roger Preston and Building Contractor is Takenaka Corporation.
